HOW TO GET ANSWER TO PRAYER RIGHT ON TIME: STEP BY STEP KEYS TO EFFECTIVE PRAYERS.

HOW TO GET ANSWER TO PRAYER RIGHT ON TIME: STEP BY STEP KEYS TO AN EFFECTIVE PRAYER:

God always answers prayers but most times we get too scared to even noticed it. When we pray, there are some certain things we ought to put in place to get fast answers to our prayers. God is never happy to see that your prayers are not answered. There are some things we need to put in place in order to get quick answers to our prayers. Though we can never force God to answer our prayers because he is God and he chooses whom to give answer to his or her prayer but there are certain conditions that when duly  applied in the course of our prayers, it gets God to be involved immediately and when he does, we get speedy answer to our prayers.

Step by step approach to a speedy answer to prayer:

1. PRAY WITH FAITH:
You must learn to keep your faith very strong in God for when you pray without faith it is as good as not praying at all.
MATTHEW 38:15 "And he did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith". I refer you to read HEBREWS chapter 11. As Christians we must never stopped asking the Holy Spirit to help us build our faith in God. It annoys God when you pray and doubt his ability to do that which you ask of him. Lack of faith in God destroys the effectiveness of our prayer woefully.

2. USE THE NAME OF JESUS:
The bible tells us in PHILIPPIANS 2:9-11 "Therefore God exalted Jesus Christ to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,  in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Anything at all, be it sicknesses, diseases or whatsoever problem bows to the name of Jesus Christ. There is great power in the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus does wonders. See also JOHN 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me". It follows here that when we pray to God without using the name of Jesus Christ as a channel to God then our prayers amount to nothing because just as Jesus said " no one comes to the father except through me".
JOHN 10:9 I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.
ACTS 4:12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”

3. CONFESS YOUR SINS AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS:
The first thing you do as soon as you kneel to pray is to ask God for forgiveness of sins both known and unknown. Our sins bring us short of the glory of God. ROMANS 3:23 "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". Asking God for forgiveness and being deeply sorry for all we have done comes up first before anything else in prayers.
1 PETER 3:12  For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
PROVERBS 15:29 "The Lord is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous". etc.
See also ISAIAH 59:1-2 " Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear".
PROVERBS 15:8 "The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight".
JOHN 9:31 "We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the godly person who does his will".
PROVERBS 28:9 "If anyone turns a deaf ear to my instruction, even their prayers are detestable".

4. COVER YOUR PRAYERS WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS:
When we pray, there are forces that try to stop our prayers from getting to God. It is important that we cover our prayers with the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus protects our prayers from being held captive by evil forces and it takes our prayer safely to the throne of Grace. You don't just pray and conclude your prayer without securing it with the blood of the Lamb.
REVELATION 12:1 "They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death".

5. WORSHIP GOD:
Then worship God in the splendor of his holiness. PSALM 96:9-10 "Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth, Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns . He is God and there is non like him. He alone deserves our praise and worship. There is non like him, there has never been like him and there can never be like him. Give God the respect which only him deserves.
See EXODUS 23:25-26 " Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span".
See also ROMANS 14:11 It is written "As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me, every tongue will acknowledge God."
See also PSALM 100:1-5 "Shout for joy to Yahweh, all you lands! Serve Yahweh with gladness. Come before his presence with singing.   Know that Yahweh, he is God. It is he who has made us, and we are his. We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name. For Yahweh is good. His loving kindness endures forever, his faithfulness to all generations".

6. GIVE GOD THANKS:
It is good to give God thanks before you ask him for anything in prayer. Giving God thanks  is telling God that you are grateful for all he has done for you and it moves him to do more for you again. For more on giving God thanks, I refer you to PLEASE CLICK HERE

7. SING PRAISES:
Learn to live a lifestyle of praise to God. When we pray Angels take our prayers to God but when we praise, God comes down to the scene himself. Remember, we can pray amiss but we can never praise amiss. Our praises moves him into action for us. Learn to sing praises to God at least for thirty minutes everyday. God loves praise. He is highly delighted when we praise him. We can never pay God in any material form because he owns everything, and he lacks nothing. We owe God everything, our breath and every other thing that make us  and one of the ways we can use to pay him is by praising him sincerely from the bottom of our hearts. We all know that through praise Paul and Silas were set free from prison, the walls of Jericho fell down flat and the awesomeness of praise in 2ND CHRONICLES 20 when the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them some of the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle. 8. PRAY FOR GOD'S KINGDOM AND ITS ANDVANCEMENT:
Show concern for God's kingdom by including it in your prayers each time you kneel to pray. Let God know how much you love him by doing this. It touches God to see that you are concern about his kingdom. When you do this, you are sure to get quick reply to your prayer because its touches God's heart when you do this and he sure will do for you what you ask of him. Don't be selfish by praying for your needs only. See MATTHEW 6:33But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well".

9. PRAY FOR THE SALVATION OF SOULS:
When you pray, pray also for the salvation of souls. Pray that more souls be won to God's kingdom. Pray that nothing keep believers away from God. Pray against believers falling into temptation. Pray for grace for all believers to abide in Christ forever. Pray to God to help all so that our love, trust and faith in him continue to grow stronger and stronger every second of the day. Never forget to pray for the salvation of souls and for guidance by the Holy Spirit for all to stay steady in the the faith. PLEASE CLICK HERE

10. PRAY FOR OTHERS:
Never forget to pray for others in the same situation with you  as well as those facing other life's challenges. Show concern for others by extending you prayers to them.
See PHILIPPIANS 2:3-4doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others" .
See also JOB 42:10 "Yahweh turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends. Yahweh gave Job twice as much as he had before" .
See also 1 TIMOTHY 2:1-4 "exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth" .
See also ROMANS 8:34 "Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us".

11. FOLLOW JESUS PRINCIPLES OF AN EFFECTIVE PRAYER:
MATTHEW 6:5-8 "And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him".
MATTHEW 5:23-24
Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;
Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

12. BRING YOUR SUPPLICATIONS BEFORE HIM BY ASKING WITH RIGHT MOTIVES AND IN TOTAL SUBMISSIVEESS AND HUMILITY BEFORE GOD :
JAMES 4:2-3 "You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures".
When you pray make sure you intention is of good and not for your selfish interest. God is very wise, wiser than any human that has ever lived on earth. You cannot deceive him. You must come to his presence with the right motives and not desire to satisfy your worldly motives.
JAMES 4:6 "But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud, but shows favor to the humble.” .
JAMES 4:10 "Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up".
PROVERBS 22:4 "Humility is the fear of the Lord; its wages are riches and honor and life".
LUKE 18:9-14 "To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people, robbers, evildoers, adulterers, or even like this tax collector.  I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’ “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’“I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”
PSALM 149:4 "For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory".
MICAH 6:6-8 "With what shall I come before the Lord and bow down before the exalted God? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings,  with calves a year old? Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousand rivers of olive oil? Shall I offer my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God".

13. BEFORE YOU CONCLUDE, ASK THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR FORGIVENESS AND TO INTERCEDE FOR YOU( SO THAT YOUR PRAYERS WILL BE PLEASANT BEFORE GOD) BECAUSE YOU MAY UNKNOWINGLY HAVE SAID OR DONE SOMETHING WRONG DURING YOUR PRAYER:
We are human and we know that we are always full of  thoughts. Sometimes these thoughts are of good and sometimes of things not pleasant to God. This could as well happen during the time of our prayers, that is why we must always plead to the Holy spirit our intercessor to intercede on our behalf to God so our prayers could be a sweet smelling savor before God almighty.
It is also possible that sometimes unknowingly to us, during prayer, we say things opposite to what we actually mean and it takes the grace of the holy spirit for our prayers to get to God the way we actually met them. See REVELATION 8:1-5  "When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.
Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all God’s people, on the golden altar in front of the throne.
The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God from the angel’s hand.
Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.

14. FINALLY, THANK GOD FOR ANSWERING YOUR PRAYERS
In faith give God thanks for answering your prayers even though you have not actually seen the result of your prayers because God answers the prayers of his children. Be joyful when you do this because God alone knows the hearts of all men. See the following bible verses:
MATTHEW 7:7 -11“Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. Or who is there among you, who, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, who will give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
1 JOHN 5:14
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have what we asked of him.
PSALM 34:4
I sought the LORD, and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.
PSALM 37:4

Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart.
ISAIAH 30:19

O people in Zion, inhabitant in Jerusalem, you will weep no longer. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you.
JEREMIAH 29:13

You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
MATTHEW 18:19
Again, I tell you truly that if two of you on the earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven.
MATTHEW 21:22

If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask in prayer."
MARK 11:24

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
LUKE 11:9

So I tell you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
JOHN 14:13

And I will do whatever you ask in My name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
JEREMIAH 33:3 Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don’t know.
